Apparently, Asia Also Runs on Dunkin’

And it looks pretty fucking good! Not wanting to break with the longstanding tradition of foreign countries having better fast food menus, Asian countries such as Thailand and Korea do Dunkin’ Donuts right. From Korea comes a cream cheese and jelly donut, cheese donuts, choco-banana donuts, and the piece de resistance: an orange, pineapple, and apricot donut.

Thailand, not wishing to be outdone, features a donut known as the Kai Yong, which is basically a donut with chicken and hot sauce on top. It’s not hard to see why Tony Bourdain is so Goddamn obsessed with Asia. Not that he’d ever stoop so low as to eat a donut from a chain restaurant.

  1. Why do we always have such boring flavors! The chips in England are much more exciting, and now apparently we are even being beaten on donuts. I don’t know if I can live with that.
